Cancellation and Refund Policy

In our commitment to providing our valued customers with unparalleled quality and an exceptional client experience, we have carefully crafted a comprehensive cancellation and refund policy. We believe that clear communication and thorough project planning are essential for a successful collaboration.

To ensure a smooth and productive project journey, we begin every engagement by conducting a thorough discovery and analysis phase. This stage involves creating a detailed scope of work document, which serves as a shared understanding between both parties. This proactive approach minimizes the chances of project cancellations, reversals, or disputes, as everyone is aligned from the outset.

Since each project progresses through defined milestones, we allocate time and effort to achieve significant progress at every step. As a result, refunds for work already completed are not possible, as we value the expertise and dedication invested in delivering high-quality outcomes.

In the rare event of a mutually agreed-upon project termination, the client retains ownership of all completed work. Any payments for future development become void at that point, and no previous payments or deposits will be subject to refund. Once the client approves mock-up designs and we enter the development phase, refunds will not be issued, as we are committed to initiating the implementation process based on the approved designs.

For projects that are mid-way through a milestone phase, partial refunds are not available, as this policy ensures fairness and consistency in our operations. We take pride in offering special occasion marketing services, but it's important to note that cancellations are not entertained for these limited-time offers. We encourage our clients to take advantage of these unique opportunities, knowing they are designed to provide exceptional value.

Regarding digital marketing packages, they are non-refundable. However, we do accommodate cancellations if the client provides a written notice 30 days in advance. This allows us to make necessary adjustments to our resources and commitments.
Lastly, we cannot offer refunds on deposits or payments for projects that remain abandoned or dormant for more than 30 days. Our team invests time and resources into preparing for and initiating projects, and this policy helps us maintain our high standards of service. By adhering to these guidelines, we aim to foster a transparent and trusting relationship with our clients while ensuring the smooth execution of every project.
